Webpage problems (+one patch)


FYI, here is a problem with some FAQ webpages: the full HTML file is
included using SSI, so some browsers (e.g., Netscape 4.75) have trouble
rendering the page due to a duplicate </HTML> tag (which cuts off the
closing </table>).  See <http://cygwin.com/faq/> (and
<http://cygwin.com/faq.html>).

There's also a typo in <http://cygwin.com/who.html>, patch inline below.
