Looks like the "rebaseall" only delayed the problem. I still get the error, only now it takes a few more invocations of the build.

I will try a dev build next.

rebaseall failed a few times before I remembered I had cygwin sshd running. It also did not take effect until a reboot.

Understandable, given that sshd was still running. 'setup.exe' would not
have been able to update the Cygwin DLL without a reboot.


Good to hear that this is one of the issues that 1.5.14 fixed. Thanks for
