[ANNOUNCEMENT] Updated: inetutils-1.3.2-29

I've updated the version of inetutils to 1.3.2-29.

Changes in 1.3.2-29:

- "The return of syslogd" release. Beginning with version 1.5.15, Cygwin
  started to support syslogging to syslogd.

  To install syslogd, run the new syslogd-config script which creates the
  necessary files to run syslogd and will ask you if it should install
  syslogd as service under the SYSTEM account. This is the preferred way
  to install syslogd since it will create all files with enough access
  rights for SYSTEM.

  ======================================================================
  PLEASE read /usr/share/doc/Cygwin-inetutils-1.3.2.README and the
  syslogd man page as well as the syslog.conf man page before installing
  syslogd and, that's most important, before starting to complain on the
  Cygwin mailing list.
  ======================================================================

  If syslogd doesn't start, that's either a permission problem on the
  files and directories syslogd tries to access (/etc/syslog.conf, /dev,
  /var/log), or it's a fault in the /etc/syslog.conf file.

  In the former case, note that syslogd is running under the SYSTEM account,
  so use setfacl(1) to give enough permissions to SYSTEM. In the latter
  case, first check if you used spaces instead of tabs. Replace all spaces
  outside comments by tabs.

  However, the syslogd-config script usually takes care of the permissions.

  Bugfixes in this release:
  - Don't permute arguments in rsh.
  - Fix weird UTMPX usage in telnetd/sys_term.c.

=========================================================================
			  IMPORTANT NOTE:

- When updating inetutils, take care that syslogd.exe, inetd.exe and
  subsequent processes don't run anymore. Otherwise the update will
  fail.

To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your
system. Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
