Where is my --password-file?

I am trying to back up a Windows box using rsync and I get this error
message:
rsync: link_stat
"/home/Administrator/password-file=/home/Administrator/rsync_passwd"
failed: No such file or directory (2)
But the file is there:
$ ls -al /home/Administrator/rsync_passwd
-rw-r--r-- 1 Administrator Domain Users 10 Dec 12 16:02
/home/Administrator/rsync_passwd
What am I missing?
