Re: 1.5.19-4: bash starts up in /usr/bin


Reinstalling the base files fixed the problem. There should be a
message ANYWHERE, that cygwin should be exited while updating the
binaries. Instead, it seems to succeed in updating the system.
That's not an optimal situation.
