- Subject: Problems between GV-3.5.8-2 and Ghostscript-8.50-1 ?
I note this behaviour between gv and ghostscript:
$ gv foo.pdf &
works fine i.e. it loads and display the PDF file. But
$ gv &
and then File|Open|foo.pdf gives:

Could you explain this?
I have W2K SP4 with all cygwin packages installed and upgraded.
The above behaviour is present with ghostscript 8.15 series BUT NOT with
7.05-2 and ONLY with PDF file: with postscript file all works fine.
Best regards,
Angelo Graziosi
