  This will be related to the latest 'isnan' changes[*]; it's in src/newlib,
not src/winsup/cygwin which is why you don't see it in the source file.  Can't
tell immediately what's going on because I haven't d/l'ed the snapshot: did
you get the full snapshot, or just the dll?

  ___isnand is a new function that performs isnan() testing on a double.
There's a corresponding ___isnanf newly added as well.  Looks like your build
found the new headers but the new dll doesn't export the functions yet - maybe
we need to update cygwin.din or something, I'll check.
