It says "and not group or world-writable" - that's pretty clear, isn't
it?!

I didn't mention, that I checked this too (that was the easier part,
compared to user "root" ;-)).

$ ls -ld /var/empty/
drwx--x--x+ 2 SYSTEM root 0 Feb 15 03:02 /var/empty/
