Re: 1.5.24 Odd ProFTPD Permission Listing Problem

Ronald Reed wrote:
I have searched all over google and the mailing list archives and
haven't found anyone having a problem like this.

The problem: I have Cygwin setup with ssh and proftpd. There are two
users, one is the Administrator the other is a Power User. If I ftp in,
using the Power User and try to use the "nlist" command, I get a 450:
Permission Denied, but no error in any of the logs. If I use the
Administrator account, the nlist command works without a problem.

Who is the user than runs the proftpd server? Do you login as anonymous or do you specify some other user? Without these information, it may be difficult to diagnose your problem.

Thank you very much.

Best Regards,

Carlo
