If I am responding to something specific point (like now) -- I won't
"top-post" -- but when I'm reading responses myself, I much prefer at least
some lead-in right at the top.

I see no way to configure my email client to do this -- nor do I believe it
to be a reasonable request. I don't want to have to manually edit email
addresses when I hit reply either.
