I wasn't nitpicking your original list.  Microsoft acknowledges that
none of this "ANSI code page" stuff is really ANSI, and that "ANSI
Latin-1" is not really Latin-1, but the labels are too entrenched to
do anything about.

I was only objecting (and it really was a minor nitpick, as I said) to
Charles's use of the unadorned "Latin-1" for CP 1252, when that term
should ideally be reserved for ISO 8859-1/CP 28591.
