git-svn does not work

Hello all!
When I try to use git-svn installed with cygwin I get the following error:
$ git svn
Can't locate SVN/Core.pm in @INC (@INC contains:
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.10 /usr/lib/perl5/5.10/i686-cygwin
/usr/lib/perl5/5.10 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.10/i686-cygwin

Is it a bug?
Could you please give me a workaround if you know any.
$ git --version
git version 1.6.1.2
$ perl --version
This is perl, v5.10.0 built for cygwin-thread-multi-64int
(with 6 registered patches, see perl -V for more detail)
