I'm very well aware of what forums are. Personally, hate them. I like
to use one interface for reading email-like communication so that I can
use my familiar email client rather than someone's notion of a nifty
web form. Or, alternately, I don't want to spend time figuring out how
to plug my email client into a web forum.

That's my personal opinion. I don't expect others to share that opinion
and, since I'm very familar with how forums operate, I'm not going to be
convinced otherwise.

I just don't plan on expending even more time reading clueless (in the
non-judgemental use of the word) questions in YA place.

That doesn't mean that I expect that other cygwin maintainers will
follow my lead. I'm just trying to be clear. I won't be clicking on a
link which invites me to read a problem report on another site.

That's all I plan to say on this subject. If anyone wants to start the
standard "forums are better than email" discussion, I would suggest
moving to cygwin-talk.
