I have fixed Cygwin issues as well, and the MAP_RESERVE implementation
in Cygwin was for the sake of SWI Prolog in the first place. Oh well.
Having said that, I think Jan is right and your subject line is a bit
harsh. Nobody can support every single system and all he says is that
somebody else has to provide the patches. Typically, if you want to
be the Cygwin maintainer for SWI Prolog, that would be you...
