I installed cygwin beta on win2008 R2 machine.
Having a strange problem when copying files with 2 DOTs on
$ touch a.sys.exe
$ cp a.sys.exe a.sys
cp: cannot create regular file `a.sys': File exists
I double checked and there is no file named a.sys.
