If you want a more dirty-cheap solution, without installing anything,
you could also try something like this in a bash shell:
for i in /proc/[0-9]* ; do echo -n "${i#/proc/}: " ; cat -v $i/cmdline
; echo ; done | sed -e 's/\^@/ /g'
