In my opinion, the MVFS file system is a piece of trash.  It has so many
corner cases that intentionally _break_ POSIX rules and thus get in the
way of normal assumptions about how file systems should work, that it
interferes with normal operation of many commands, such as cp, find, ...
And just witness the hacks that cygwin1.dll had to implement to support
utimensat when targetting MVFS.

That, and for all the 'power' that clearcase supposedly offers, it still
doesn't offer atomic commits.  I _much_ prefer git (and wish I could
convince my management at $dayjob to switch to a saner version control
system).
