We ask that you *attach* rather than append/inline this information. This removes false-positive hits on terms that show up in the cygcheck output.

The version of cygrunsrv installed is too old to dump service info.

So you've apparently somewhat unsuccessfully installed 1.7.1 over 1.5.25. Use the current 'setup.exe' at <http://cygwin.com/setup.exe> to reinstall your environment. *Don't* use a cached version of 'setup.exe'. You need version 2.677.
