| Misleading... If environment only allow HTTP traffic, in no way you can
| connect to ports other than 80/433...
The idea of the utility is, not to connect any SSH server, but to your own
(destination) host. The *destination* sshd will be listening the HTTPS
port. From there, you can springboard elsewhere.
If anyone can test this kind of setup as outlined in:
