[ANNOUNCEMENT] New packages: bzip2/libgcrypt/libgpg-error/xz/zlib for mingw64 toolchains


The following packages have been added to the Cygwin distribution:

*** mingw64-i686-bzip2-1.0.6-2
*** mingw64-i686-libgcrypt-1.5.0-2
*** mingw64-i686-libgpg-error-1.10-2
*** mingw64-i686-minizip-1.2.7-2
*** mingw64-i686-xz-5.0.4-1
*** mingw64-i686-zlib-1.2.7-2
*** mingw64-x86_64-bzip2-1.0.6-1
*** mingw64-x86_64-libgcrypt-1.5.0-1
*** mingw64-x86_64-libgpg-error-1.10-1
*** mingw64-x86_64-minizip-1.2.7-1
*** mingw64-x86_64-xz-5.0.4-1
*** mingw64-x86_64-zlib-1.2.7-1

These packages are intended to be used in conjunction with the
i686-w64-mingw32 and x86_64-w64-mingw32 toolchains to create Win32 and
Win64 binaries, respectively.  In particular, these packages provide the
prerequisites for building Cygwin's setup.exe with these toolchains.
