and locally compiled xemacs.

I am aware of the issue on postgresql, and working on a real solution, plus a workaround for short term.

It is due to bad dll's built by "dlltool+dllwrap" that crash
after rebase and the only real solution seems to switch
on "gcc -shared"

Not clear why this is showing up for xemacs then -- it builds no dlls, just an exe. What dlls are you seeing a problem with?
