Thanks for your help, I will modify the cygport according to you advice.
Actually, I am playing around OpenOCD [1], and want to be able to build it
on Cygwin/MinGW. OpenOCD depends on libusb and libhidapi. Your cygport
already has libusb, and I think adding libhidapi makes OpenOCD more complete.
If there is better way to do what I want, please let me know. :-)
