Re: cygwin installation fails in Windows 10 when running with --quite-mode

I have little doubt that here is a bug in the Cygwin installer. I
reproduce the problem
consistently. I use the following command 10 times
setup-x86.exe -q -s
The setup fails one time of three in my Win10 64 bits setup.
