ocalm and relocation

Subject: ocalm and relocation

It seems the problem is still present

on my 64bit Cygwin

# Fatal error: cannot load shared library dllunix
# Reason: flexdll error: cannot relocate RELOC_REL32, target is too far:
0xfffffffc896d8b5f  0xffffffff896d8b5f

any hope / plan to solve it ?
