Shows FAST_CWD error:
"Cygwin WARNING:
  Couldn't compute FAST_CWD pointer.  This typically occurs if you're using
  an older Cygwin version on a newer Windows.  Please update to the latest
  available Cygwin version from https://cygwin.com/.  If the problem persists,
  please see https://cygwin.com/problems.html";

This may be because previous setup run did not complete because a Cygwin process
was still active.
Try shutting down all Cygwin processes, checking for no Cygwin processes
running, then downloading and rerunning setup, and reinstalling cygwin and
coreutils packages.

If that does not clean everything up, check you have nothing matching /bin/*.new
or /etc/postinstall/[!0z][!pqrst][!_]*.*sh left over by setup, and
/var/log/setup.log.full looks clean with normal completion.

You might want to strip the Seagate and GPAC stuff from your Cygwin path as it
could be BLODA, or add CYGWIN_NOWINPATH=1 to your env to strip Windows paths.

If you still have problems, run "cygcheck cat" and post the output.
