No, sorry, I was testing in a place where I had an
older version of the stylesheets. Norm uses just a two-digit
numbering scheme so that 1.9 is followed by 1.10.
I tested it with the latest 1.13 XSL stylesheets and his
test.xml file still works with xt and docbook 4.1.
