no. where will the style be? EITHER you use a style language like
XSL FO/DSSSL, and make TeX whioch is very very low-level (ie like
jadetex, with incumbent problems), OR you write high-level LaTeX, which
means dependence on style fiules. which *do* you mean? perhaps you mean
"write LaTeX style files from the DSSSL spec", which _would_ be a nice
game....
