Hi Mickael,
As for Linux-Mandrake you simply need to install from the Cooker:
docbook-utils
docbook-dtd31-sgml
docbook-style-dsssl
openjade
And their possible dependencies.
The package docbook-utils contains the scripts you need for tranforming
to any format you wish.
