Hi,

I have a weird problem.  Using same stylesheets (1.40), xalan 1.2.2
creates tocs for chapters and sections properly while saxon (6.2.2 & 6.3)
completely skips them. Saxon transforms everything else properly.

Anyone else experiencing this?
