I've been using 'htmldoc' to generate PDF and PS from DocBook source, by way
of a single large HTML file. The PDF it generates looks good, and has
clickable links, and that sort of thing. At the moment, we use a perl
script to clean up the output from Jade, because Jade is impressively slow
to process docs.
