The docbook table tag doesn't have a border attribute, as far as I can see.

Does docbook ever pass attributes through to the output? There seems to be
something to that effect in the example ("<entry morerows=1
valign=middle><para> <!-- Pernicous Mixed Content -->"). Anyway, maybe the
frame attribute is what you are looking for.

Is this just the default behavior of the XSL stylesheet?
