When building the
TOC and index for JavaHelp using the DocBook XSL stylesheets, some character
entities are copied from the XML. JavaHelp, unfortunately, doesn't like
the 
, “, or 舡 entities. (Hard return and
opening and closing quotes) What do I need to do to fix
these?
