It applies, since Jade/OpenJade uses nsgmls/onsglms to do the SGML
parsing of both your document and your stylesheet.

For o?nsgmls, include "xml.dcl" in the command line *before* your XML
file, just like Dave Pawson shows for the Jade command line.

Alternatively, you can use an SGMLDECL entry in your catalog to set
xml.dcl as the default SGML Declaration (which may cause problems with
DSSSL processing, since DSSSL stylesheets typically aren't XML and
AFAIK you can't separately set the SGML Declaration for use with
stylesheets with Jade).
