Next question.

Some of my fields are marked up as

    <entry valign=3D"middle" align=3D"center"> Something spanning several
	words </entry>

The HTML version does the right thing with these, but the print version
doesn't.

The "align" only appears to affect the first line of the line wrapped
content.  I can fix this by hand in the tex file by adding
'\begin{center}' and '\end{center}' around the text.  How do I get the
print backend to do this?  Is it a style sheet problem or do I need to
delve into jade?

The valign element appears to be ignored by the tex backend altogether.
Is there anyway of getting this to work?
