ok, i check.
[kob@uligugux001 sgml]$ rpm -qa |grep dtd41
docbook-dtd41-sgml-1.0-10
[kob@uligugux001 sgml]$
and i think my catalog file is also right:
[kob@uligugux001 sgml]$ pwd
/etc/sgml
[kob@uligugux001 sgml]$ cat sgml-docbook-4.1.cat
CATALOG /usr/share/sgml/sgml-iso-entities-8879.1986/catalog
CATALOG /usr/share/sgml/docbook/sgml-dtd-4.1/catalog
CATALOG /usr/share/sgml/openjade-1.3/catalog
