How do I move my revhistory to the footer?

Subject: DOCBOOK-APPS: How do I move my revhistory to the footer?

I'm using DocBook XSL 1.50.0 and the 4.2 DTD with xsltproc and PassiveTeX.
What do I put in my driver to get the revhistory portion of articleinfo or
bookinfo to appear in the footer?
