I don't think anyone can answer this without some tendency on the
answer. You should also check which distribution has an active person
on these packages, how often they are updated, how many DTDs are
available, etc.

I was going to say to you to use XXXXXX distribution but I'm
suspicious since I work for them and I've made their packages (and
this same phrase fits well for others here, so it doesn't apply just
to me). But, there was a standardization process and Mandrake,
Conectiva, SuSE, RH, Debian, etc. were all participating of it and
using the same tools. So, what you will find is almost the same
environment.

Plus, what you will really like to look at are all the features of the
distribution. Don't choose it based only in one package and in today's
status. Take a carefull look at it.


Choosing a distribution is more of what you like than what we
say. This is the topic of very inflamated flamewars.
