In fo/inline.xsl find the template <xsl:template match="glossterm"
name="glossterm">. Copy this template into your customization layer
<http://www.dpawson.co.uk/docbook/styling/custom.html#d58e77> and change
<xsl:call-template name="inline.charseq"/> to <xsl:call-template
name="inline.boldseq"/>.
