I believe that the FO is coded correctly to do this, but your FO processor
(FOP?) doesn't handle this correctly.  I don't know if other FO processors
(PassiveTex, XEP) support this feature yet, but I think our only option is
to patiently wait for support.  I hope someone corrects me and tells me
there is a simple fix, but I don't know of one.

   is there any way to have the page numbers right-aligned (but
keep the chapter/sections names left aligned) in table-of-contents
with DocBook-xsl 1.52.2 (generating a PDF)?
