Creating and including PDF thumbnails in PDF documents
I have used openjade and Docbook DSSSL Stylesheets for an XML file to get
the result. (it would also work for SGML files)
1) Create the pdf output or your file (ie db2pdf
2) I have used thumbpdf command that comes with
tetex-beta.20020207-70.rpm that comes with SuSE 8.0. It will create
yourfile.tpt
thumbpdf your.pdf
3) Rerun pdfjadetex for your TeX file after adding the following in
your jadetex.cfg
\usepackage{thumbpdf}
4) Enjoy the thumbnails in your new pdf
