Character you requested is not in ISO Latin 1 which is covered by
standard fonts used by FOP. However you can add your own fonts to FOP.
For example you can configure FOP to use Windows TTF fonts which cover
reasonable subset of Unicode. Process is described in FOP documentation.
I have prepared configuration files for Czech, for Polish they will be
same I think. You can download them from
