I can't simply convert an article to a book, because a book
requires at least major component (sections don't count), but I
_can_ wrap an article inside a book and move the articleinfo to
be a bookinfo, and things mostly work.
Unfortunately, the stylesheet expects a title on the article, so
the table of contents is a little screwy. Hrm.

It should be much easier to solve that problem, than to continue
