[docbook-apps] Re: Is emacs docbook ide still maintained?

/ David Tolpin <dvd@davidashen.net> was heard to say:
| Hi,
|
| this question is partially to Norman, but partially to the community too.
|
| Is DocBook IDE as at http://nwalsh.com/emacs/docbookide/index.html still maintained?
| Is it used by DocBook authors? Is it useful?

I've abandoned it. I had interesting plans, but I decided to let it
go. Given that I'm answering mail that's almost a year old (sitting
here in O'Hare waiting for my next flight), I'm clearly having trouble
keeping up as it is :-)

Try nxml-mode, it offers all the features I was relying on in the IDE
mode.

                                          norm
