[docbook-apps] Naming HTML files by section id?

I'm using the Docbook XSLT to generate HTML output from my XML source.
I'm using xsltproc and chunk.xsl to make the output.

As it stands, the files on the filesystem are named dynamiclly based on
where they fall in a particular book, chapter, etc.
Currently it seems each chapter in the book gets its own HTML file.

What I would like to do, is have the files named by section ID. The
purpose of this is to make sure that files with any given name will
always hold the same content, which should allow bookmarking pages to
work.

I hope I'm not re-inventing the wheel here. Does anyone have any
suggestions on how I can accomplish this?
