Works for me.  That is, I see both the Next graphic and Next title in the
right-hand footer, and the Prev graphic and Prev title in the left-hand
footer.  In the header, I see the Next graphic in the right-hand header and
the Prev graphic in the left-hand header.  The stylesheets don't normally
put the Next and Prev titles in the header.

Do you get the text in the footers?
