[docbook-apps] listtext overwrites footnote text in pdf output

Hello,

I am producing a xsltproc->fop->pdf document, with a
handful of footnotes scattered through out it.  In
most cases, there aren't any problems with the
footnotes in the document.  

I do have one case where the footnote is being over
written by a list at the bottom of the page.  In other
words, the list is split across pages, but it dosen't
seem to respond to the new page boundry that the
footnote creates.  (It still breaks at the normal page
boundry.)

Any thoughts on what the problem might be or how I
might work around it?
