Hello Bernd Pörner,
I've had good success getting used books from amazon.com at
remarkably low prices, often for just a few dollars plus the
cost of shipping. Perhaps you can find a used copy of the
old (1996) book: Using SGML, by Martin Colby and David S.
Jackson (Pub:Que; ISBN:0-7897-0414-5).
It will probably provide what you need plus much more.
