I ran across this error message when processing on a certain version of
Linux with a certain version of Java 1.3, but I can't quote the versions
now.  One of the Java 1.3 classes that the Saxon graphics extension calls
required access to an X11 server, for some unknown reason.  Norm and I
concluded that it was a Java bug that was fixed in later versions of Java.
If you turn off the graphicsize.extension, it should work.
