[docbook-apps] website tocentry that is page-less?

The inestimable Bob Stayton, at
http://www.sagehill.net/docbookxsl/AddingContent.html, suggests I
should be able to have a website tocentry like the "haskerl" one
herein:

  <toc page="wdpweb.xml" filename="index.html">
    <tocentry page="geekery.xml"      filename="geekery.html" tocskip="1">
      <title>Geekery</title>
      <tocentry page="software.xml"   filename="software.html" />
      <tocentry id="haskerl"          url="haskerl/index.html">
	<title>Haskerl</title>
      </tocentry>
    </tocentry>
  </toc>

However, chomping that through...

   xsltproc --xinclude --nonet  --output autolayout.xml /home/partain/website-2.4.1/xsl/autolayout.xsl layout.xml

.. I always get "All toc entries must have a page attribute." I must
be missing something simple. (tried with website 2.4.1, 2.5.0, and
cvs current) Keep up the good work,

Will

PS: the sample website stanza for making autolayout.xml might be
better with something like

autolayout.xml: layout.xml
	/bin/rm -f $@
	$(XSLTPROC) --output $@ $(STYLEDIR)/autolayout.xsl $< || { /bin/rm -f $@; exit 1; }
	chmod 444 $@
	make depend

(you don't want to leave around a failed autolayout.xml if the
xsltproc bombed)
