As I recall, when Cygnus started using DocBook, they got a consultant
to implement whatever the frame+sgml equivalent of style-sheet was,
with full support for current docbook;  Last I asked, Mark Galassi
thought they'd release it, but I didn't get to pull it out before he
left... 

So better support does exist, if you can get ahold of it.
